| Minutes of Meeting | Pre-fellowship started at 6 PM on Zoom where many members joined and interacted with each other on various topics. Post pre-Fellowship, the meeting was called to order by Pres. Amitabha Mukhopadhyay and all members and guests were welcomed to the meeting. This was the first meeting of the new Rotary year 2021-22. President Amitabha saluted the spirit of giving of Rtn. Yogesh Shah and R'Ann Hina Shah who became Major Donors - Level1. RCPC is at the first position in RID 3131 in TRF giving for RY 20-21 ($540,500). There has been a growth of 11.38% on ”Total Giving” of last year TRF total giving ($ 485k). President informed all members about the new look of RID 3131 Website as well as that of the Rotary Club of Pune Central page in the website. A snapshot of both the web pages were presented. We wished happy birthday to Rtn. Dr Sarang Rote, R'Ann Meena Sarkar, Rtn. Vikram Salunkhe, Mr. Milon Nag, Rtn. Dr Shashi Saxena, Rtn. PP Rakesh Bhargava, Rtn. Vinay Biyani and Rtn. Aniruddha Gupte. We wished happy wedding anniversary to Rtn. PP Madhu and R'Ann Prema Rathi, Rtn. Suphal and R'Ann Maria Baul, Rtn. Aniruddha and R'Ann Sangeeta Gupte. The first speaker of the Rotary new year was Vandana Saxena Poria, an entrepreneur, Chartered Accountant and TEDx Speaker. She had an interesting conversation with the Club members on the topic ' Disrupting the narrative of your life'. She calls herself ‘The Human Alarm Clock” and assists individuals in re-calibrating their internal compasses to create transformed workplaces, which amplify growth and profit with purpose. During the session, Rotarians asked many questions on how one can stay focused on what one wants to do and deliver on it.
