| Minutes of Meeting | Pre-fellowship started at 6 PM on Zoom where many members joined and interacted with each other on various topics. Post pre-Fellowship, the meeting was called to order by Pres. Amitabha Mukhopadhyay and all members and guests were welcomed to the meeting. All the members observed silence for 2 minutes and paid homage to Rtn. PDG Ghisulal Solankhi who passed away on 18th November. He was District Governor of our District in RY 2004 – 05 President Amitabha updated the members about the events of the past week. As a salute to spirit of giving, the members appreciated the contribution by: Rtn Yogesh Shah - INR 10,000/- for Moledina School Project Rtn PP Ebe Chaney - INR 9,000 for Moledina School Project Rtn PE Uday Dharmadhikari – INR 9,000 for Moledina School Project Rtn Rtn. Prasanta Choudhury – INR 9,000 for Moledina School Project. Rtn Lekha Nair INR 9,000 for Moledina School Project. Also following donations were received from the CSR partners for the Vaccine on Wheel Project Alkyl Amines Chemicals Ltd – INR 3.60 lakhs Blood donation camp was arranged at Mulshi by our RCC Mavala Prathishtan on urgent basis within 2 days on the request from Inlaks and Budrani Hospital for the ‘THALASSEMIA PATIENTS”. The blood bank was running dry. We could collect 40 bottles. This is our club’s first blood donation camp. From July 2021 through October 2021, Cataract Surgeries performed and vision restored for 1,508 beneficiaries towards GG2123447 - Gift of Vision – Cataract Surgery project We greeted happy birthday to Rtn. PP Nani Desai, Rtn. Parvin Malhotra, Rtn. PP Vijai Sarkar, Rtn. Dr. Saroj Bande, Rtn. Lalit Vij. We greeted happy anniversary to Rtn. Nitin and R’Ann Sonia Rajore, and Rtn. Dr. Ashok and R’Ann Dr. Sheila Bhave. The important agenda of the meeting was Election of the Nominating Committee. 7 members were to be elected out of 15 contestants. PE Uday Dharmadhikari informed the members about the entire online voting process. PE Uday Dharmadhikari was responsible for the conduct of the election process. The election was conducted online using Google Form with the help of Rtn Sanjeev Chaudhary of RC of Pune Shivajinagar who developed a customized Google form to help Rotary Club Nominating Committee Elections. The results were brought in by the Presiding Officer, PE Uday Dharmadhikari just before the scheduled close of the meeting and were announced by President Amitabha Mukhopadhyay.
