| Minutes of Meeting | This week meeting was a hybrid one with physical meeting held at the Poona Club. Members had the option to join on Zoom as well. Post pre-Fellowship, the meeting was called to order by Pres. Amitabha Mukhopadhyay and all members and guests were welcomed to the meeting. As a salute to spirit of giving, the members appreciated the contribution by : For Moledina School Project: Rtn. Vinay Biyani - Rs 6000/-, Rtn. Jeevan Mahaldar - Rs 6,000/- Rtn. Raman Nanda - Rs 6000/-, Rtn Pravin Nadkarni - Rs 6,000/-, Rtn PP Arun Jethwani - Rs 3000/- For APF Contribution Rtn Pres. Amitabha – USD 1000 Rtn Yogesh Shah – USD 1000 R'Ann Jyoti Kapoor – USD 600 , Rtn Nitin Rajore – USD 400 President Amitabha updated members about the Vaccination on Wheels Project status. 412476 vaccines have been administered as on 27th Nov. An Eye Check Up Camp was organized at village Bhawadi, near Wagholi on Friday the 26th November, 2021. A total of 124 check ups were done during the Camp. Adult 74 ( 26 distance + near power, 28 only near power, glasses given) 20 patients were refered to clinic, 16 for cataract, 2 for retina, 1 squint, 1 cornea. Pre - President Elect Training Seminar (Pre -PETS) - for RY 2022 -23 - "Aarohan" was organised by District Governor - District 3131, DGE, Rtn. Anil Parmar at the Dukes Retreat, Khandala on 12 - 14 November 2021. RCPC was represented by Rtn. PP Ravi Kapoor and R'Ann Jyoti Kapoor, Rtn. PP Arvind Saraf and Rtn. Vidya Saraf and Rtn. PE Uday Dharmadhikar and R'Ann Savita Dharmadhikari. Rtn. PP Ravi Kapoor conducted plenary sessions on the topic related to "Planning Major Gifts" and "Fund raising Ideas" Rtn. PP Arvind Saraf, AGC ' RY 21-22, conducted plenary session on " Club Invoice and Dues". Rtn. PE Uday Dharmadhikar and R'Ann Savita Dharmadhikari, were amongst one of the winner in the category of " Best Dressed couple" for Retro Theme Night. Our member, Rtn. Dr. Saroj Bande got Best Singer Award in the regional category at ISACON on 26th November 2021. President Amitabha reminded members about registering for the RID Foundation Seminar to be held on 4th Dec as well for the District Conference ' UTSAV' to be held on 29th and 30th January. We wished happy birthday to R'Ann Nafisa Kakajiwala, R'Ann Suchi Bhargave, R'Ann Ranjana Bhalla, R'Ann Savita Dharmadhikari, Rtn. PP Rajendra Shah. We wished happy anniversary to Rtn. Narendra and R’Ann Kamini Sanghvi, Rtn. IPP Ajay and Rtn. Rooma Dubey, Rtn. Giri and R’Ann Usha Sakhrani, Rtn. Dr. Sarang and R’Ann Dr. Bhawana Rote, Rtn. Manish and R’Ann Shruti Singh, Rtn.
