| Minutes of Meeting | Pre-fellowship started at 6 PM on Zoom where many members joined and interacted with each other on various topics. Post pre-Fellowship, the meeting was called to order by Pres. Amitabha Mukhopadhyay and all members and guests were welcomed to the meeting. As a salute to Spirit of Giving, the members appreciated the contribution by: - Rtn Nani Desai - 300 $ for APF - Rtn Rajan Vir - Rs 10000/- for RCPC Projects We also received donation of Rs 3,00,000 from Alkyl Company for the mobile vaccination project. President Amitabha updated members about the Vaccination on Wheels Project status. 4,45,021 vaccines have been administered as on 4th Nov. RCPC received a certificate of participation for participating in the Asia Book of Records for the Diabetes Screening Camp organised at multiple venues. The Annual General Meeting of Rotary Club of Pune Central will be held at 6 PM on December 25, 2021 at Poona Club as well as Zoom. Agenda of the AGM is presentation and approval of Club and Trust Accounts for Year Ended June 30, 2021. A special announcement was made by President Amitabha. President of India confers National Awards for outstanding work towards empowerment of disabled people. Amongst the awardees was Ms. Sakina Sandeep Bedi who won award for Best Individual and Institution Working for The Cause of Persons with Disabilities - Best Individual (Professional). This week guest speaker was Mr. Deepak Thakur, Executive VP of Reliance Group and he spoke on the topic of 'Future of Energy'. It was an interesting discussion on what the future of energy would be. Though it is not certain, but what is clear is that we’re well on our way to a new energy future. A word where energy is sustainable and abundant.
