| Minutes of Meeting | Club Assembly - 5th February The second Club Assembly in the RY 2021-22 was held as an online Assembly on the 5th February President Amitabha Mukhopadhyay presided over the meeting and welcomed all members and AG Rupinder Beri. At the beginining he updated the club on the activities that happened during the week. AG visit to the Club was held on 4th February with Rtn AG Rupinder Beri visiting the RCPC office. During the visit she examined all the official documents pertaining to the Club. She was taken through the Club presentation prepared for the DG visit. She gave some suggestions for the Club functioning and project activities. President updated about the receipt of second instalment donation of Rs 58,74000 from Franklyn Templeton towards the Vaccination on Wheels Project. The Project has now administered 1244910 vaccine doses with 24000 plus vaccines being administered daily by 171+ vehicles mobile units operating across the country. Also, Rtn Narendra Sanghvi and R'ann Kamini Sanghvi donated Rs 2 lakhs for the Mulshi E learning project. 12 small E learning kits were given to all the schools in Mulshi. 250+ ZP Primary school students will be benefitted. 1200 N95 masks were donated to Z. V. M. Multi-speciality Hospital of Maharashtra Medical Education and Research Centre at Azam Campus, Pune Camp. Rtn. Dr PP Nasir Kazi and Rtn. Oni Kakajiwala were present. We wished happy birthday to R'Ann Mangala Jakkal, Rtn, Darshan Rathod, Rtn, Anjana Thakker, R'Ann Komal Shah, Rtn, Kanwal Guiliani, R'Ann Renu Mahaldar, Rtn, Jignesh Patel, R'ann Anjali Kharadkar, Rtn, Pradeep Dharane, Rtn, Bhagwanti Nanwani, R'Ann Smita Pingale, Rtn Manish Singh. We wished Happy Anniversary to Rtn. Dr Gururaj and R’Ann Dr Sadhana Lachyan, Rtn. Akshay and R’Ann Uma Kejriwal, Rtn Dr Ramesh and R’Ann Shubh Sachdeva, Rtn PP Ravi and R’Ann Jyoti Kapoor, Rtn. PP Dr Anand and R’Ann Dr Sita Bhatia, Rtn. Cawas and R’Ann Hutokshi Pundole, Rtn PP Ebe and R’Ann Nargis Chaney, Rtn Pankaj and R’Ann Neelam Mehrotra. Rtn. Amitabha Mukhopadhyay then set the context for the Club Assembly and spoke about the strategic priorities. He also did a quick recap of all that happened in the last few months. Rtn. Vimal Saboo, VP and Director Club Administration spoke about the various programmes conducted by the Club in the last three months. There have been many external and internal speakers from diverse fields who interacted with the members on a wide range of topics. The Club has been conducting the programs in the best possible way keeping in mind the safety of the members. Three fellowship dinners have been organised so far this year - for Navratri, Diwali and Christmas celebrations. Rtn. Raman Nanda, Director Membership Development updated about the Committees activities towards new member recruitment and also urged all members to promote Rotary in their circles and recommend new members for the Club. 6 new members have joined RCPC so far of which one is a lady member and two members are in the 35-55 years age bracket. The Assimilation Committee is working strongly towards engaging all new and old members. They have organised regular breakfast meetings which were well attended. Rtn. Dr Sarang Rote, Director Medical Projects updated about the ongoing projects. President Amitabha updated about the non-medical projects and Youth Services. Rtn. Yogesh Shah updated about the Rotary Foundation. Rtn. PP Ravi Kapoor updated about the CSR and Global Grant projects. Rtn. Sunil Asher, treasurer, presented the financial status of the Club. 124 members (out of 127) have paid their Annual Club Subscriptions dues RY 2021-22. He updated that all compliance activities are in progress. Fundraising Program will be organised in February 2022. In the end, AG Rupinder shared her views on the Club performance and appreciated the Club for its stellar achievements. |
