| Minutes of Meeting | 1. President Uday Dharmadikari welcomed the Board Members, briefed them about the key developments on projects and set forth the objectives of the meeting. 2. Leave of absence for the BoD meeting was approved 3. Minutes of the Joint Board meeting held on 08th July 2022 were approved. 4. It was decided that the latest project status and the details of project-wise funds as received from the previous board will be circulated by Gajanan to all board members for their review. 5. Leave of absence and resignations: - Request for a leave of absence from weekly meetings was received and approved 6. Hon. Treasurer Rtn. Vimal Saboo detailed the status of the Club Subscription. RCPC dues were pending from 21 members including the one name who has expressed their desire to resign. 7. Hon. Treasurer also detailed YTD Financial Summary for RY 2022-23. Club collections vs. its liabilities were 8. The board discussed in detail the projects for fundraising. This also included Rotary focus projects, district projects and club-initiated projects. 9. Next BoD meeting was scheduled on Friday 9th September 2022; in view of Ganpati Visarjan, it was decided to conduct the meeting on Monday 19th September 2022 instead. |
