| Minutes of Meeting | 1. President Uday Dharmadikari welcomed the Board Members, briefed them about the key developments on projects and set forth the objectives of the meeting. 2. Leave of absence for the BoD meeting was approved 3. Minutes of the Joint Board meeting held on 12th August 2022 were approved. 4. Update on the collection of Club Subscription was discussed. 5. All ongoing projects from the previous year were discussed during the meeting. It was decided by the board that going forward all long-term projects i.e. ones that will go on beyond 1 year, should be take-up with the involvement of the President-Elect and should be handover in a detailed fashion so that there is a smooth transition in the execution of such projects. 6. Club Accounts as on 30 June 2022 were presented to the board and were discussed. Also, accounts as on 31st March 2022, prepared for audit/filing were presented and unanimously approved by the board. 7. It was agreed that project donors should be given a status update on the projects at least once every quarter. Gajanan was requested to maintain a calendar for this activity. It was also agreed that project updates should be captured in the Bulletin. 8. A standard requirement for most of the projects undertaken by the Club is to furnish all the details of the trustees of the club. As a practice, it was agreed that the trustees should be informed about their details being shared with external donors. |
