| Minutes of Meeting | Pre-fellowship started at 6.30 p.m. at the Poona Club — Conference Hall 1, where many members interacted on various topics. President Uday Dharmadhikari called the meeting to order at 7 p.m. and welcomed all members, guests, and visiting Rotarians. President Uday thanked Rtn. Yogesh Shah, Rtn. Delshad Karanjia, Rtn. Pravin Nadkarni, Rtn. Prabhat Singh, Rtn. Jignesh Patel, Rtn. Parvin Malhotra, Rtn. Basant Almal, Rtn. Dr. Gururaj Lachyan, Rtn. Pankaj Mehrotra, R’Ann Meera Luthra, Rtn. Shirish Mohile, and Rtn. Dr. Shashi Saxena for their generous contributions to RCPC Projects. President Uday then gave a brief update on the Eye Check-Up Camps and informed members about various upcoming District events, including the “Asmita Project”, World Heart Day Awareness Program, the Runathon of Hope, the Service Project Seminar, and the International Picnic in Nepal. We wished happy birthday to our members Rtn. Narendra Sanghvi, Rtn. PP Sanjiv Kumar, Rtn. Ajit Kene, and R’Ann Yasmin Patel. We also wished happy wedding anniversary to Rtn. Raman and R’Ann Alka Nanda. Rtn. PP Dr. Anand Bhatia introduced the guest speaker for the day. On the occasion of World Heart Day, expert cardiologist Dr. Madhusudan Asawa gave an audio-visual demonstration of the life-saving technique of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR). The meeting was followed by Happy Hours. |
