| Minutes of Meeting | 1. President Uday Dharmadikari welcomed the Board Members, briefed them about the key developments on projects and set forth the objectives of the meeting. 2. The Board meeting minutes held on 19th September 2022 were approved. 3. Leave of absence for the BoD meeting was approved. 4. Leave of absence and resignations: - Request for a leave of absence from weekly meetings was received. The same was approved by the board. 5. President Uday Dharmadikari updated the board that Club Subscription is due to be received by 3 members. An appropriate follow-up course of action was discussed. 6. President Uday Dharmadikari updated the board that from the committed number. 8. Board was updated that Nomination Committee elections are due on 12 November 2022. The Board discussed the modalities of organising for AGM and the constitution of the board for the next RY. 9. Rtn. PP Ravi Kapoor updated the board the Rotary CSR Awards is being conceptualised and the function would be done between Feb’23 to April’23. 4 clubs would come together and host the awards function and corporate sponsorship will be sought. |
