| Minutes of Meeting | 1. President Uday Dharmadhikari welcomed the Board Members, briefed them about the key developments on projects and set forth the objectives of the meeting. 2. Leave of absence for the BoD meeting was approved 3. Minutes of the Board meeting held on 14th October 2022 was approved. 1. Leave of absence and resignations: - Request for a leave of absence from weekly meetings was received. The same was approved by the board 4. With partial collections from fundraising done, the BoD empahasised the need to take up all service projects in full swing. Directors were requested to actively spearhead the execution of projects by engaging with all project chairpersons and were also requested to present a detailed project-wise status report to the BoD in the next board meeting. 5. Director membership - Rtn. Nitin updated the board that the net increase in club members to date was 4 for the current RY. . |
