| Minutes of Meeting | Pre-fellowship started at 6.30 p.m. on Zoom, with many members interacting on various topics. President Uday Dharmadhikari called the meeting to order at 7 p.m. and welcomed all members, guests, and visiting Rotarians. He congratulated Rtn. PP Dr. Nasir Kazi, who was recently felicitated at the Maharashtra Physicians Conference for being one of ten senior physicians who are active in academic activities of the Association of Physicians of India. Rtn. Brig. PKM Raja gave members a short update on the upcoming Rotary Boxing Championship, which will be held on December 11, 2022, at MIT ADT Campus, Loni Kalbhor. President Uday announced that the upcoming Annual General Meeting of Rotary Club of Pune Central will be held at 6.30 p.m. on December 24, 2022, at the Poona Club. The AGM’s Agenda will include the presentation and approval of Club and Trust Accounts for the Year Ended June 30, 2022. Dr Akhtar is Chief Catalyst at Catalytic Innovators Group, where he advises organizations and individuals to catalyze their strategy focused on social and philanthropic investments. The subject of his talk was “Purpose Mindset: Moving from Growth to Purpose to Preserve Humanity”. In his thought-provoking talk, Dr. Akhtar advised us to be useful, responsible, and compassionate citizens and thus make a difference to the world.
