| Minutes of Meeting | Pre-fellowship started at 6.30 p.m. at the Poona Club — Conference Hall 1, where many members interacted on various topics. President Uday Dharmadhikari called the meeting to order at 7 p.m. and welcomed all members, guests, and visiting Rotarians. President Uday thanked Rtn. PP Ajay and Rtn. Rooma Dubey, Rtn. Narendra and R’Ann Kamini Sanghvi, Rtn. Yogesh Shah, and Rtn. Vinay Biyani for their generous contributions to RCPC projects. President Uday gave a brief update on various Club projects, including the Distribution of Spectacles, and the Installation of the New Rotaract Club of Disha Alandi. He also informed members about upcoming projects and programs, including Donate a Mannequin to Colonel’s Cube and the Vocational Visit to Western India Forgings. He also informed members about RCPC’s 39th Birthday Celebration followed by Fellowship. We wished happy birthday to our fellow members Rtn. Gautam Nehra, R’Ann Dr. Sita Bhatia, Rtn. PP Polly Patel, Rtn. Arun Shroff, R’Ann Hutokshi Pundole, and Rtn. Surendra Shroff. We also wished happy wedding anniversary to Rtn. Jayant and R’Ann Meera Luthra. Rtn. PP Raja Kharadkar introduced the guest speaker for the day, Rtn. PDG Mohan Palesha, who gave a talk on the “Council of Legislation (COL)”. It is important for our members to understand the changes/amendments/additions that have been passed in the COL and been adopted in the Manual of Procedure during the last two to three years. The meeting was followed by Happy Hours. |
