| Minutes of Meeting | Pre-Fellowship started at 6.30 p.m. at the Poona Club — Conference Hall 1, where many members interacted on various topics. President Uday Dharmadhikari called the meeting to order at 7 p.m. and welcomed all members, guests, and visiting Rotarians. President Uday thanked VULKAN Technologies Private Limited for their generous CSR contributions to RCPC School Playground projects. President Uday extended a warm welcome to foreign visiting Rotarian Somesh Bhokwani from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria in Spain District 2201 and exchanged Club flags with him. President Uday gave a brief update on various Club projects and Eye Check-Up Camps. He also informed members about upcoming programs, including the District Governor’s official visit and annual vocational awards. Rtn. PP Raja Kharadkar gave details of the upcoming visit by the DG and the Fellowship dinner, and Rtn. Giri Sakhrani informed members about the visit to the 14 Trees Foundation site. We wished happy birthday to our fellow members Rtn. Jignesh Patel, R’Ann Alka Srivastav, Rtn. Pradeep Supnekar, Rtn. Shefali Naik, and Rtn. PP Dr. Nasir Kazi. We also wished happy wedding anniversary to Rtn. Dr. Shilpa and Dr. Shashikant Dudhgaonkar, and Rtn. Bal and R’Ann Lata Agarwal. President Uday Dharmadhikari introduced the speaker for the day, Rtn. Nandita Khaire, who is a marketing and branding professional with more than 35 years’ experience in the domain. She has also been teaching the subject in leading colleges as a guest faculty. The subject of her talk was “Creativity — How to Come Up with Ideas”. The meeting was followed by Happy Hours. |
