| Minutes of Meeting | Pre-Fellowship started at 6.30 p.m. at the Poona Club — Conference Hall 1, where many members interacted on various topics. President Uday Dharmadhikari called the meeting to order at 7 p.m. and welcomed all members, guests, and visiting Rotarians. President Uday gave a brief update on various Club projects, including the District Training Assembly — RY 2023– 2024, and a Prestigious Post attained by Rtn. Sagar Khandelwal. We wished happy birthday to Rtn. PP Narayandas Rathi and R’Ann Sujaya Raja. We wished happy wedding anniversary to Rtn. Navin and R’Ann Madhu Tewari, Rtn. PP Jinendra and Rtn. Amita Munot, and Rtn. Arun and R’Ann Beena Shroff. It was then time for the Brainstorming session for RY 2023–24. This activity was undertaken by the President-Elect and Board members to set the club’s projects or agenda for the coming year. President Uday handed over the meeting to PE Ajay Chitnis, who welcomed and thanked members for joining the meeting and requested all the members to give suggestions for the upcoming year. The meeting was followed by Mini-Fellowship dinner. Many thanks are due to the Fellowship Committee for the sumptuous meal |
