| Minutes of Meeting | Minutes BoD Meeting 14 th July 2023 Attendance Present-Rtn Ajay Chitnis, Rtn Ravi Kapoor, Rtn Madhu Rathi, Rtn Ajay Dubey, Rtn Saroj bande,Rtn Giri Sakhrani,Rtn Nandita Khaire, Rtn Madhvi Kshettry, Rtn Nitin Rajore, Rtn Ramesh Dumbre, Rtn Sanjiv Kumar, Rtn Ashish Goyal. Discussions 1.President Ajay Chitnis welcomed the board members to the first meeting of the year. 2.Leave of absence for the BOD meeting was approved for Rtn Arun Shroff,Rtn Brig Raja and Rtn Delshad Karanjia. 3.The minutes of the previous meeting were confirmed. 3.The meeting started with the agenda for all board members to present their plans for August fund raising and their way ahead. 5. With the permission of the Board, PP Madhu Rathi was asked to speak about the GST issue. He proposed a solution, which was discussed and a consensus was reached to form a core group to take the decision. 6. Club Subscription from 46 members received already. The Club and Trust Budget would be presented on the 19th of August. 7. Fund raising meeting postponed to first week of September. 8.The carry forward amount from PP Uday Dharamadhikari is 23 lakh which will be kept handy was future projects. Consensus was reached. 9. Presentation by Rtn Ravi Kapoor-He informed the board that there are no open GG projects. Planning a big global grant for heart project at Kharghar. Closure report to be submitted at next bod. 10. Presentation by Rtn Saroj bande-Planning for HPV vaccine on concession and mensuration health. The camps by Oni kakaji will be ongoing. 11. Presentation by Rtn Giri Sakhrani-School project near Khedshivapur. Repair of dam at Satara District. A visit to 14 trees was planned for 20 th august. 12. Presentation by Rtn Nandita Khaire-2 interact cubs have been Installed and is further looking at opportunities at Zilla parishad schools. 13. Presentation by Rtn Nitin Rajore-Vocational directory to be published. To broadcast theme of rotary at metro and release press articles. 14. Presentation by Rtn Ramesh Dumbre-5 new proposals have been in the pipeline for approval by the board. 15. Presentation by Rtn Sanjiv-To conduct foundation campaigns and friendship exchange programs and international youth exchange. 16. Presentation by Rtn Madhvi Kshettry-to register all members at rotary 3131 app and regular updates at social platforms and send a poll before each meeting. 17. Approval accorded to appoint Rtn PP Rakesh Bhargava as Managing Trustee of RCPC Charity Trust in lieu of Rtn Ashish Goyal, who has to resign consequent upon joining the Board of Directors. 18. Approval accorded to conduct a Chess Tournament for various age groups and open categories. The same will be funded by the amount held in the Trust on behalf of Rtn Nitin Rajore.
