As they say innovation is a key to success the members of the Jagriti Interact Club which is run by the NFBM Jagriti school for blind girls have always taken this motto and have completed a long journey of 13 years. The 13th Summer camp which was recently concluded is a classic example of creative and innovative program design and implementation. This summer extravaganza which was planned by the Jagriti Interact club, executed by the NFBM Jagriti school and jointly sponsored by The Rotary club of Pune Central, Inner Wheel Club of Pune central and Xento systems and was inaugurated on 12th April 2018. This year the summer camp focused on 3 major themes Independent living through accessible technology, Innovative career opportunities and personal grooming. Following was the agenda of the summer camp: 12th April : Inaugural session at the hands Shri Praveen Davne - An Eminent writer   Innovative methods of learning Mathematics By Shri Vilas Potnis  13th April Workshop on Assistive technology Assistive devices for mobility and Education By Team IIT Delhi and Saksham Assistive devices for independent living By team IIT Delhi and Saksham 14th April Right to independent reading and writing Module 1 Scanning and conversation of books in assessable format and use of Sugamya Pustakalay Downloading and reading books in Daisy format By team IIT Delhi and Saksham 15th April Orientation and training in electronic Braille display By team IIT Delhi and Saksham Basic of Tactile graphic and diagrams 16th April Training in Menstrual hygiene By Kamini Prakash and team Training in Smart cane 17th April Visit to Triveni Ashram Markal (a yoga and meditation camp)  18th April Training in Aerobic By Aarti Takwane Workshop on Paper bags By Samir Maniyar 19th April Training in professional Compering skills By Vinaya Desai  20th April Movie show Visit to Agakhan palace 21st April Motivation interview of Shrimati Jai Khambkar a visually impaired social worker Valedictory program Chief guest Shri Shidhrata Bendre RJ Akashwani Kendra
