After initial hesitation, the students opened up and asked a variety of questions. Inadequate fluency in English language was a common handicap voiced by students and their teachers. Besides giving valuable tips to overcome this handicap, the Amdocs team shared glimpses of their own personal experiences and struggles to achieve proficiency in English besides success in their chosen professions. RCPC was represented by Rtns. Narendra Sanghvi and Ravi Kapoor. P.S. Good English language communication skills serves as an important facilitator for entry into a career in the services industry. This aspect was re-emphasised in today's session. It gives us important pointers on where RCPC should be focusing efforts in the avenue of Basic Education and Literacy.
