Desai Brothers Limited, the CSR donor company has its factory in Bhor, a semi-rural area near Pune. The company owns & manages the popular 'Mother's Recipe" brand of processed foods. About 8,600 students & 200 teachers of three primary and five secondary schools in various villages in Pune District are the target beneficiaries of the CSR Project. The project envisages supporting 3 primary and 5 secondary schools in various villages in Pune District who currently lack proper sanitation facilities (Toilets). A survey has already been done and specific needs of each school have been identified. The corporate donor and host club have together prepared the list and specification of the Toilets and Hand wash stations to be purchased. Vendors have also been identified and finalized. International Sponsor Club is expected to visit schools to help in monitoring.
