A successful Eye Check-up Camp took place at Kataria Highschool on September 26 and 27, 2023, in collaboration with the Rotary Club of Pune Mid East and Community Eye Care Foundation. A total of 816 children underwent comprehensive eye examinations during the camp. Among the 816 children examined, 53 were referred for cyclo-refraction, and 7 were recommended for further medical intervention. Additionally, 32 children were advised to undergo refraction tests, and one of our staff members received reading glasses. Furthermore, as part of this initiative, 4 staff members also seized the opportunity to have their eyes checked for potential issues. The dedicated team from the Community Eye Care Foundation executed the camp with exceptional enthusiasm and commitment.
