One of our star projects this year, this Women Empowerment project, under the stewardship of Rtn. PE Brig PKM Raja, is continuing to grab eyeballs. There has been a lot of coverage in the media, both Marathi and English Newspapers have carried article about this project. Some of the press cuttings are placed below. We now need to make this project sustainable by way of funding. Out of a total requirement of Rs 17.2 Lakhs, we were able to raise Rs 4.75 Lakhs during our Fundraising in September. We need Rs 12.45 Lakhs more for this cause, and that would have to come through members as well as CSR. The fact that this project has caught the attention of the media would ensure a lot of publicity to the CSR partners, and all of us need to make a pitch to any potential CSR partners we know. This is my sincere appeal to all.
